Your unit is guaranteed for one year from date of purchase from all defects that occur with normal use. If your unit fails to perform as specified in the User Guide, please return it using recorded or special delivery (with adequate insurance) to the address below along with the following form:

Please note that we cannot guarantee to return any packaging or accessories received with your unit.

Road Angel Group Ltd is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages from the use, misuse, or mounting of Road Angel.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The warranty form must accompany all product returns.
2. When returning units please ensure that only the unit is returned. Do not include any accessories or cables.
3. All units returned must be sent back via traceable means with adequate insurance. Road Angel Group cannot be held
responsible for any missing units that have not been returned in this way.
4. If the repair centre is unable to repair the unit, then it will be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
5. For all units out of warranty, customers will be contacted prior to any repair being carried out to advise what the problem
is and how much it will cost to repair.
6. For out of warranty units, the cost of repairs will vary between £30 and £60 (excluding postage & packaging) dependant on the level of work required.
