New- Road Angel Halo Ultima 4K Dual Dash Cam with Parking Mode & Quick Release mounting

I've updated the review to 3 stars for now as I appreciate the fast call back to try and resolve the issues I am having. As agreed I will wait for the OBD connector to try the alternative way of hardwiring to see if it makes a difference.

Stopped working, hard wired professionally but keeps on blowing the fuse. The dash cam itself is good quality, but the software and mobile app are abasolutely rubbish.

Overall the dashcam delivers excellent video quality and the three-year warranty is much appreciated — I would rate those aspects five stars.
3 years warranty.
I deducted two stars because the rear camera uses a micro USB with the connector placed where large plastic covers behind the rear mirror make fitting difficult.
The holder forces you to leave about 20 mm of cable to remove the camera, which is impractical. It would be far better if the camera slid sideways like the Halo Pro and if the lens were centred when mounted off-centre. Please consider repositioning the connector and redesigning the holder. Also, why was a new app used instead of the original Halo or DDPai app?
The "U" shape pf connector shoudl be provided/designed or cable should be upgraded to split away of camera(as it does in Halo pro)

Had mine for nearly a year and it’s a fab dash cam. Screen less makes complete sense. Fitting was so easy with the hardwire kit and went into my EV with no issues despite Halfords saying they won’t work. Bought a 2nd one for our daughter whilst she was learning to drive.
